The card should stay vaulted until you ship it or sell it back. We look for a named custodian and a clear withdrawal path, not a balance that only exists inside the app.

Instant buyback
A hit only pays if you can sell it without listing it yourself. Higher buyback means less of the card’s value disappears on the way out. See the ranked buyback notes on the odds page.
Published odds
Hit rates, value buckets, or per-card odds should be on the pack page before you pay. Hidden pools do not get the same score. Run your own numbers in the pack calculator.
Ship the slab
You should be able to take the physical card home. We check grading notes, shipping regions, and how long fulfillment usually takes before a site is treated as a real card market.
